KB5004945 changelog

Removes the remote code execution exploit in the Windows Print Spooler service known as “PrintNightmare” documented in CVE-2021-34527. After installing this and subsequent Windows updates, non-administrative users will only be able to install signed print drivers on print servers. By default, administrators can install signed and unsigned printer drivers on print servers. Root certificates installed in Trusted Root Certificate Authorities on the system trust signed drivers. Microsoft recommends that you install this update immediately on all supported Windows client and server operating systems. You also have the option to set the registry setting RestrictDriverInstallationToAdministrators to prevent non-administrators from installing signed printer drivers on the print server.

That is all.
